Professor James Duane from the Regent Law School presents a lecture on why citizens should never talk to the police under any circumstances.  In his lecture, he provides real-life scenarios on how innocent individuals have been falsely entrapped by police, simply by failing to exercise their Constitutional right to remain silent.

Officer George Bruch from the Virginia Beach Police Department in Virginia responds to Professor James Duane, and confirms that James Duane was completely accurate.  George Bruch also provides detailed examples of techniques police use to interview crime suspects.
